Southern Nevada Water Authority The Southern Nevada Water Authority project is an extremely high profile project for Big Town Mechanical. The architects and owners have submitted this project as a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) project. The goal is to attain certification at the Silver certification level. Big Town Mechanical is proud to be a part of the Plumbing and Mechanical portions of this project as it allows us access to the new "Green Technology" frontier to aide in the construction of environmentally friendly structures. The portions awarded to us involve coordination of the latest mechanical and HVAC technologies as well as an integration and expansion of Plumbing and HVAC systems in the core building.
