LAS VEGAS AREA COUNCIL
Scouting serves young men and women in every part of the country through more than 300 local council service centers. Each council helps chartered organizations in its geographic area to effectively use the Scouting program and to expand the use of the program to other community groups.
TO GIVE TO THE LVACBSA
It is the mission of the Boy Scouts of America to serve others by helping instill values in young people and in other ways prepare them to make ethical choices during their lifetime in achieving their full potential.
More specifically, the mission of the Las Vegas Area Council is to assure that every eligible youth in the council territory has the opportunity to join the Boy Scouts of America and to participate in a quality Scouting program. Our Council serves and area of 1.5 million people with 135,000 (?) actively involved in the Scouting program. We need your help to serve those youth in the program as well as those that may have a desire to participate.
There are so many ways to make a generational impact on Scouting. For more information click here.
